samples overlap different pads. lol, need help!

before i get bashed i did find a topic about this by searching but it didnt help, the dude asked the same question im about to ask, then replied to himself and said, nm got it.
PEOPLE PLEASE SAY HOW YOU GOT IT FOR OTHER PPL ASKING THE SAME QUESTIONS.

anyways, my question is this.
How do i set it for samples to cut of on one pad, I.E. 13 when pad 14 is hit.
Like, right now 14 would just overlap 13 and sound nasty.
I need it to go, 13 (HIT 14) *STOPS 13* 14 plays.

Thats an easy one chief. hit mode and go to program. you'll see a tab that will say MUTE GROUP in there somewhere. you'll want to hit the first pad in which you want to ap[ply this to and then use the cursor top move down to the section below where there will be pad numbers displayed. once in there you hit the pad that you want to stop the pad assigned above. go up to the top again and do the same thing with the other pads and so on.
