the clicking sound on the end of some samples

can i either get the link to the thread or a quick answer about that clicking sound that's on the end of some samples? that's from other wave parameters that don't come into play when usin the 1000, right? can this be corrected from the mpc, or would i have to save it with extra stuff taken away in a wave editor?

I get this clicking noise even when I sample directly into the MPC. What gives?

i get the sound when i transfer stuff by the usb, but i don't think it has anything to do with that

but can i would i be able to remove the clicking sound using another program? and to initiate the change should i replace the file of the same name with the newly edited file, or delete it and put it back? just wanted to know what people have tried and was has or hasn't worked.

no the clicking sound is because you have to zzoom in trim and make the loop points be clean and not be on any sound. Then bring the decay up a little. to fade it out.

i just figured out how to do it without needing to use a comp program. i just went to program to find out what the file name was, selected it in trim mode and noticed the loop feature was on, then turned it off. i hate that there are so many ways to get this annoying sound; at least there are easy was to get rid out it.

when turning off the loop for a sample do you need to resave the sample or program, or will the setting be forever changed?

The loop settings are in the sample WAV, you must save it to keep the settings. The PGM doesn't hold loop settings.
