my mpc is not reading my zip drive. its on termination ON and channel 5. wtf is going on?

Did it read it b4? Do you get any error messages? Could you give more info?

no. it didn;t read it before. i guess the zip drive doesn't work. it has the scsi option and i put it to channel 5 on the mpc and it still doesn't work. its probably the zip drive or the scsi cable since its pretty long. the manual says that anything cable to long will not work properly. tsk.

And you get no error messages when you try to access the drive? Did you try to save samples, format a zip disk?
