I was gonna do this with one of the airbrush kits that people use to paint model cars... I was gonna ask you if you stripped the paint off first or just painted over it...

What did you do about not painting over the screen? Did you put masking tape on it and shape it up with a razor? Or did you pop the plastic screen out totally? Man, you did a good job on that homie...

Excellent Job it looks mad nice....... I am looking to do the same thing..... I am going to create a new Akai mpc 2kxl logo for the top of the unit but I am not going to recreate all the button info...... I know them like the back of my hand

heres a couple mpc 2000 templates i made a while back to get the letters back on her. the .ai files can be opened in adobe illustrator.
i think(errr) the mpc template file was never changed to outlines so you can pick any font you want...maybe.if anyone uses them lemme know how it works out.
