here it is. straight from someone at the asr forum.
yeah, first plan out what keys you want each sample to play on.
select your original wavesample.
press edit/pitch and scroll to ws range. press the keys for the range of the 1st sample.
edit/wave and set the start & end points for the 1st sample.
cmd/wave-->copy wavesample to the same instrument & layer.
(like stated above use the "params only" option of you're only going
to change the start & end points. this will save memory.)
with the new wavesample selected,
press edit/pitch and scroll to ws range. press the keys for the range of the 2nd sample.
edit/wave and set the start & end points for the 2nd sample.
cmd/wave-->copy wavesample to the same instrument & layer.
with the new wavesample selected,
press edit/pitch and scroll to ws range. press the keys for the range of the 3rd sample.
edit/wave and set the start & end points for the 3rd sample.
