Hi every one,
I just bought an mpc500 to use for live work. I am visually impaired, and I use sonar in the studio. I use screen reading software which reads out the contents of the computer's screen aloud to me. This is how I navigate sonar with out seeing the screen. I am having problems with the mpc screens, menus, etc. Since I don't have speech output from it, I have to memorise where every thing is on the unit. For example, to go in to program assign, 1. Press the track button. 2. Press parameter. 3. press the up cursor button, and turn the dial all the way left. 4. Press the down cursor, then go left, use the dial to choose the track, then press the right cursor, then turn the dial to select the program. Quite scary at first, but very possible. I would really appreciate if some one can spend some time with me going through some of the important stuff, so I can make notes about where things are. It would be cool if we can meet on either skype or msn? Or I don't mind making a phone call. I know it's asking a lot, but I really need some help. Please contact me if any one can spend a half hour or an hour. My e-mail address is, [email protected] my skype name is, StudioJay1060 and my msn contact is, [email protected] Thanks in advance for any help.
