Its kinda funny how the attitudes towards JJ getting these bugs worked out has been slowly getting more and more aggressive. Lol! I understand that we are all so close to having the OS perfected and I myself have had projects halted due to bugs and stuff but damn kids, Remember that JJ is in it for us! They could've been like the rest of the cats out there with there industry and kept this all a secret. They could've charged us for every update! They appear to work hard at getting these issues corrected and new OS's posted for you blood suckers. Smoke a blunt, have a beer, make a beat and fall back!
With all the current bugs we're still lightyears ahead of our past nightmare known as the Akai OS. Perfection is coming my friends. and when it does......I will rule the world!

the love's gone nowhere in my opinion from the people who matter
anyone bitching (and i mean really bitching, not actively bug reporting and seeking to make helpful reports) has A, not got much in between the ears, B, not been in it for the long haul, and C, can't make beats for all the silver spoons in their hands

I can dig it! I feel like most of my best work was done well before I even knew JJ existed. The new features that JJ incorporates makes work easier but I still "WORK" I would just like the functions to be fully functional.

i admit because those fat lazy don't give a dame AKAI developer aren't worth a dame. I thank GOD for J.J os.

I called them fat ass AKAI slumbos about a problem with there O.S 2 day's ago they said fix it, i told this lazy fat guy to make this stuff happen because i'm a customer, not a designer you make it and update it, Plus i just bought there Products.

man i can't even say that
my work pre jj and post jj lives in 2 different worlds. pre July 2006 was a subterranean place, where people only communicated clumsily through step edit, where each drum had to be on a separate track for clarity's sake and couldn't be programmed nearly as smoothly.

people will say that features won't make you a better producer but man you've gotta be somewhat honest about it - take 2 calculators, 1 with basic functions and another with advanced graphing techniques, etc.

BAM, you're back in high school taking the AP calculus or stats test. which would you want to be using?

the new features in this os have made me a better producer most definitely.

ye-yah, no lack of love from over here either....

the very few bugs that i have actually encountered through this process
haven't really inhibited my production... especially compared to the
restraints of the shonky ole akai coding.

my problem is that i'm torn between wanting to tell everyone i meet about
how rad this new OS is, and wanting to retain some sense of belonging to
the secret elite JJ user echelon... (even though i just jumped on the
bandwagon recently in the scheme of things)

but... yeah plenty love comin up from downunder.
