Ok OK, I know there has been threads about this but none seem to help. I actually found a thread that explained exactly how to set it up in Logic and the 2500 but that did not work for me. I'm not new to MIDI by any means but Sync-ing 2 sequencers, however, is. I'm getting frustrated and feel like a fool to be asking for help. Feel free to shake me violently if this inquiry pisses you off.

keep in mind that I love you all though.

Plug the midi out on the mpc to the midi in on your audio card... Make the mpc send midi messages (midi clock) and put logic to receive. Arm the audio tracks on logic... Press record on logic and press the play botton on the MP... I think is something like this but I dont renember exactly... I use logic as well (few, I find more funny ableton live) but I have logic as the master, for some reason is easier to me...

I hope this helps...

MIDI basics eh? OK, if you think that will help I'll have a read at it.

Can't somebody come over and hook it up for me? I'll make special brownies. I'm so lazy these days. It's funny how just when you think you've got MIDI knowledge on lock, something new pops up. I've got's some reading to do. Thanks bros.

Came on!!! You´ve been heart??? Dont be hungry, we´re trying to help!!!

I did it today... Plug the midi out to the midi in on your sound card... Press mode plus Pad 9... Set midi out to midi clock (it says master)... Go to logic, preferences-midi-sincro-adjust sincro (a little window on the down right). Then arm a track on logic. Press play on the mpc and then record on Logic... I did it this morning and I was recording things so it must work... Peace
