midi help....sorry if its a dumb ?

ok, i am a newbie, so no flame please.....i am trying to change my programs in my triton from the mpc1000, i only record midi into the mpc, have started recording waves yet, but i am able to changes sounds in the triton as long as i am on bank A, is i change the track in the triton to use a sound that's on bank b - g, i am no longer able to scroll thru the sounds on the mp.....any help would be appreciated....thanks in advance,

Highlight the PC field on the MPC main screen and press WINDOW. Make sure both BANK SELECT and PROGRAM CHANGE send are enabled with a "yes". Try changing the BANK SELECT LSB or MSB values (it should be one of the two -- you have to check the midi implementation chart in the Korg manual). Presently, you can only change banks manually from the PC window, not the main screen.
