MPC locks up when i try to load a cf memory card.

I was attempting to load some of the sounds i have been using for the last few weeks from my cf card and now it locks up my mpc and i have to cut it off and on to get it to act right. All my other cf cards are working fine, its just this one card. This card has next to 450mb of sounds on it. This actually started right after i put a file from Audacity on if that helps. I had just converted it from 32bit to 16bit.

Same thing happens to me, I bought my MPC used and it didnt come with the stock CF card, so I put in an old 32 meg CF card from my ancient Lyra mp3 player, it locks up every time I try to access it from the MPC but works fine on my Mac. Also when using the USB cable, nothing shows up on the computer until I eject the CF card from the MPC.. Strange, let me know if you find any solutions, Ill let you know as well..
