HOW DO U MAKE SOUNDS MPC FORMAT ON COOL EDIT OR any software plz tell me i just got the mpc 2000xl im onyl 16 trying to learn so if u could plz help me out

Just make sure you are saving as PCM wave files 44.1k and 16bit.
Most audio editors should do this without a problem.
In Cool Edit, press View > Wave Properties > File info to check the format of your file.
If you want to make akai SND files, you will need to convert them using an app like wavsnd which is free from http://www.mpc3000.com/wavsnd.htm or, a more versatile program like "chickensystems Translator" as regular wave editors won't make them.
