Syncing full loops to tempo

Ok, I've been having some difficulty with this one loop. I sliced it, but it seems too choppy, weird because it is sliced perfectly from its own loop. But when I import the full 2 bar loop it is synced until the last two beats, you can hear it go off beat with the metronome. Is there any tempo to fit function?

I feel it may be the swing of the loop itself it is not perfect but sounds correct.

Any help would be apprectiated since this is driving me nuts.

Hmm, I have Recycle but have some gripes with that.

Here's my problem in depth.

I started chopping in Logic, basically taking a 2bar loop, used the tempo to fit function, and chopped into eight equal pieces.

Starting around the 6th chopped piece, the hit is not on the chop, so when it is played, there is a slight delay, but....if I line it up so the hit is on the chop, it makes the chop shorter in turn making a small gap in silence.

I can eventually take some time and get it right, but in the future would like a more efficient process and wanted to know if there a tempo to fit function on the bigger MPC's?

My second issue is, with Recycle. How do some of you go about chopping in Recycle? If the loop is not chopped into equal parts that coincides with the tempo, how are they played via the pads.

Example, I tried chopping the loop I'm having trouble with and no matter what sensitivity I used, it was not an even sequential chop (chopping on the 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4).
