I got beats and i want to put them on CD but don't have a burner, what can i do and get??

you need to buy one if you wanna do it yourself.......if not then employ someone who can do it for you

do you have a newer computer with cd-r? if not go to a friends house who has one and record your beats using windows sound recorder/computer soundcard and burn you cd using some software that came with the machine (mines came with roxio easy cd creator). not the best but cheap and will get the job done.
