I really the MPC3K. I also like what the MPC4K has to offer. I'm still using the MPC60 and I need more sample memory and filtering features. I'm not sure if the MPC4000 will read my MPC60's disks. If it does then I will probaby get the 4000. Do anyone know if the 4000 will read my MPC-60's disks?

Nope, but you can convert the sounds to a format that the 4000 / 3000 will read, but the sequences will be an issue.

I thought so. I got too much music saved in the MPC 60 format to convert it all over to the 4000 or 3000. Well I guess I'll get the 4000 anyway and use the MPC60 songs I made on the MPC60. Then I'll convert sounds as I go.

You can also get a 3000 and sync them via MIDI. Then u can still use your 60 and swap sequence data between the two...
