Bug Fixes: New OS Ver5.23 20-Jun-2007

1. [GLOBAL PROGRAM EDIT]
  [VELOCITY LAYER WINDOW]
  The PAD number different from PAD chosen is displayed.

2. [SEQ.EDIT]
  Track type = MIDI
  Movement of cursor is strange.

3. [GRID]
  Loop end numeric key dose not work.

4. [GRID]
  Audio track SOLO dose not work.

5. [GLOBAL PGM EDIT]
  [VELOCITY LAYER WINDOW]
  There is no "WHOLE".

6. [GLID]
  [LOOP]
  [SHIFT+JOG] dose not work.

^^ I agree! Quite subtle at some settings, but very nice. And, hey, if you don't want subtle, use the bit grunger!!!

I didn't think this would be anything to be impressed about, but I was very surprised. An option to 'keep or retry' would be nice, but you can always copy the sound first before using it. I'm really surprised that akai/numark built this kind of technology and wouldn't take advantage of it like JJ is. That's a damn shame.

I am loving this update with the bit reducer...and they even fixed some of the bugs that was added in the previous update! Totally awesome.
