I need you to try this quick MPC internal sync test!

I've been having a lot of trouble tracking my MPC into my DAW with good enough sync. Wen recording several takes of the same pattern, they phase. So I tried a little test: in the MPC record a basic hihat track. Now do the same on the next track, that is the exact same hihat beat on two tracks. When I do this and push play on the MPC, the hihat sounds phase a little... Are you getting the same? To me, this means that the MPC can never deliver perfect sync, for good or bad.
