mpc help

i just got my mpc 2000 off ebay and i just ordered extra memory but i cant even play my drums on the main screen is there. im pretty sure drums are already loaded into it but i cant tell and i tried to delete every thing off my mpc so i can load new drums into it and i dont even know how to do that i know i sound really retarded but i just need a lil help and i tried to read the manual and all that but i just want to start off by trying to learn how to use the drums before i do anything any help would be much appreciated

The MPC doesn't "come with drums" unless if you have the Flash ROM expansion which I highly doubt cause its mad expensive...

Also, even if the seller did include some drums, you've gotta load them into the MP after you turn it on to use them. Nothing stays in the MPC's ram after you turn it off - if you've read the manual you should know this.

Sample some drums from nice old records. Read the manual. Learn about programs, sounds, sequences, etc. Make the "open window" button your friend.

I know its tempting to come on here and get help from us but you gotta learn this ish yourself...
