Celebrate JJ's bit reduction

I'm pretty hyped up over JJ adding bit reduction. In celebration, I went ahead and put together a free .pgm with sounds from my Blipdrums library. I further tweaked a few of the sounds using JJ's bit reduction. There's 15 sounds and I would characterize the set as Hip Hop.
