obtaining recycle

Whatsup everyone,
I have mininmal money and I was wondering if anyone could help me to obtain recycle... or some other kind of program i can use to auto chop my samples... if someone had an old/used copy... or maybe propose a trade? i been goin crazy choppin maaaad bars into 16ths by hand, i need some help please... thanks in advance for any responses... peeeeace
