Which Akai version number did JJ OS come from?

Which Akai version number did JJ OS come from?

Hi All,

I assume that JJ took the Akai source code from some point in time and started fixing and adding things. From then on they diverge. Which version of Akai was used as JJ Os's starting point?

JJ's starting point was mpc1000 software. not sure which version. and the 2500 version was based on their 1k software.

Thanks for the info. The JJ OS for the 2500 code wouldn't have come from any released Akai version then.
