Is This a Glitch?

Ok, this is gonna be hard to explain because it may be the way im hitting the pads... but, I have 4 kiks on pads 1-4. Hard to soft. I am trying to start the bar off with a small drum roll with the kiks. For some reason, it doesn't matter if I have quantise on or off, the sequncer puts the two kiks on top of each other at 1.01.00 everytime.

This may be the way im hitting the pads but damn i feel like im hitting it perfectly.

is full level on? if so, turn it off.
