Noise from my new eb16

I just got this eb16 card off of ebay. Once I load up my programs and sequences, then hit the first pad a bunch of noise appears that wasnt there before. The noise doesnt go away after that.

Does anyone know about these things, I must admit I have no idea how to use this thing. I dont want to start a bunch of *ish with this guy on ebay if its some sort of user error, however I find it hard to think that its my fault(when i havent done anything).

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

something is wrong for sure .try disconnect it and see if yhe noise still here . If not plug it once again and if the noise is back the card has a problem . look at all the metal stuffs on it see if nothing is broke or ...
