Hearing static, does your 500 freeze when creating folders?

The cure is to ensure that your OS is current and foremost, format your CF cards to your 500!!! This will fix a ton of bugging issues that you may be having. My 500 is a new machine. Now I use the 2000xl also and going between them has not been a problem, as long as the card has been formated to the 500 first.
