Got my MPC 1000 the other week then got the DVD showing how to use all the features and noticed mine hasn't got half of them on it. Can someone tell me why? If I can get them on it?

check your operating system. go to www.akaipro.com to update to the latest one, or, get the JJ OS somewhere off the forum

I got my dvd from soundsforsamples.com. Its a pretty dope dvd got all the little tricks and explains it well. I've watched it three times now and i'm gonna watch it again but this time use my mpc 1000 at the same time. Some may say I have learning difficulties I say show me the dvd again.......

yep Soopa everthing went perfect thanks. I did it in less than ten mins and it makes it so much easier with the sliders when trimming. One thing tho, i'd like to zoom out a bit so the 'sound wave' of a sample across the screen gets bigger coz its harder to chop it in the right place when its so small. Cheers
