I still have my 2500 and I'm still trying to sell it as we speak. But I'm starting to think about keeping it anyway. I still like it and will miss it if and when someone buys it off of me. I will miss the JJ OS updates but I like that the MV-8800 is so robust and has so much depth to its functions and features. It seems like something that I can really grow with and have alot of mileage with.
I would like to get a 1000 one day (long after I've sold my 2500) with the JJ OS of course. It seems like a nice lil compact beast that would make a perfect travelling companion as I hope to study abroad sometime next year. Plus the prices for these things are dropping like crazy.
Yeah that's a pretty brave auction you won, hope it's legit.
I can't see why you would need to keep the 2500 if you take the time to really learn the MV.
Not a MV vs MPC thing more that you got it now learn it thing.
