pad not working

my pad a016 is not working at all. i can be on another pad, but when i hit 16 it doesn't switch over to 16 and when i try placing a instrument in 16 then dial the wheel to pad 16 and hit it i don't get any sound. when i hit pad + song (ao16) it works for song mode. help please. thanks

MODE P10 + F5

it might have been assigned to soemthing ? You can check the sensitivity with F4 too
