Has this ever happened?

I was on my MPC today and I went into the step edit screen. I don't know if I hit something by mistake or what but now the overdub light and the play light stay on. When I turned it off and turned it back on the they were still lit. When I push Stop the pad bank c button lights up and if I push play pad bank d light up. I tried restarting it while holding erase but that won't work. Please Help

did you try to relaod the os ? or reload a previous os ?

like two months after i bought mine the lights would randomly **** up - rec wouldnt light up, the bank lights would light up randomly - but a while ago it went back to normal. if it affected any of the performance of the machine i would have been a bit more concerned but it worked just fine, so.

i did reload the os. I didn't reload a previous OS though. I will try that.

I tried reloading a previous OS but it was still the same.
