Oh and one other thing. 750 drives will read and write to 250 disks but... it can only read 100 disks no write or partition.

yeah, the 250 drive does read the 100mb disks. i've been using it that way for a long time. anyway, i just found a 100mb drive for $5.00 so everything is cool. turns out all i had was 100mb disks anyway.
