yes. It has been nice. Since i changed to the JJ OS, I have been relying almost solely on my MPC to do music, which keeps me away from all the distractions associated with a computer (games, internet, etc.) My music quality has increased as a result. Also, this forum has made the time since JJ a great learning experience.

what a good year. went by fast!

yeah, i was just thinking about the beginning and the original beta numbered releases.

the mpc1kv3b3 is dated 6/25/06, according to my archives.
time flies, and it's been an exciting year since then.

JJ has really showed me what is possible as far as a companies response to its costomers. Report a bug, and they do their best to fix it. Often overnight?! I honestly didn't think that was possible. In the past, it was such a rare thing to get updates, and not only fixing bugs, but adding new features! Amazing. I really hope that all of the major companies learn from this. Now WE, as consumers, know better and need to demand better.

Agree..amazing year....over 100 bugs fixed (actually, I stopped counting after I reached 100).

Are the issues below real or user error?

It would be really nice to have a solid/complete OS instead of beta testing for another year. That way there would be less threads about "I want to have JJ's baby" or "New OS: 4 bugs fixes and 1 change" or..or "Buy my pad fix while we wait for implementation of feature requests"......
