MPC 1000 , REASON 3.0 PROBLEM

Check this out i wanna kno if any1 knows y this is happening n can help me

I have reason 3.0 and a midi key board N my 1K i use Reason for my sounds i seem to have a slight delay from reason or idk wat da hell it is i record it on point but wen i press play it delays like 2 seconds off idk any 1 can help?

I get this problem when working with my mbox.... if you're by any chance using one, try turning the mix knob to the reason/effect side.... bypassing the original sound. If not... try something that might sound similar to this. Works for me (even though it's a pain)

i found out the problem! its the LATENCY lol i put the output Latency 2 like 58 and the other latency shit under it is @ 1 m(?) but, if i were u i would mess around wit it well jus like i did but try it out.
