both the latest akai o/s and the jj o/s both have the ability to stretch-time and transport you to parallel musical dimensions hitherto unknown.

go to the akai website or (recommended) go and buy the latest JJ o/s.

i'm not talking about time-stretch. i'm talking about the ability to shift notes like all the other mpc's.

akai os doesnt have time shifting.. only the JJ os

practice + practice = TC off ;)

Thanks alot. I don't use time shifting because my timing is bad. i use it because sometimes i might layer a snare and clap on top of eath other and shift the clap back to create a unique sound.

Co-sign...just use step edit, mode, pad 14 I think.
