Is there any way to lock the note repeat so that you dont have to hold it down to activate the not repeat function. I know on my mpc4000 the note repeat button only locks. Please help. thanks!

Re-sample your note while using the note repeat button and simultaneously playing your sequence so that you know how many repeats you want then put that resample onto a new pad as a one shot.

thanks guys, i was using the note repeat for live playing, so do you know if locking is only possible in jj os?

You can use a foot switch to do note repeat.
Mode+Pad 10(other).

locking it is possible on the jj os. i don't think it is on the akai os.

It is available on the Akai OS.
