MPC 1000 Setup Help

Alright, I've got an MPC 1000 that I had since April and never really played with it because I thought it was confusing but now that I've taken this music thing serious I'm really ready for the challenge to learn...

But anyway I just want to know what I'll need to and how I'll go about hooking up the equipment I have which is (MPC 1000, MPD 16 which I don't really need, Evolution MK449C Midi Keyboard, FL Studio 7 Software, and I plan on getting a turntable next week. I want to be able to make samples from the keyboard thru FL studio then load them to the MPC to create a track then dump the track back to FL to edit it, is that possible or is there another way its supposed to be done?
