I tried to map them by using the Midi settings that are visible in the MPC. But when I did that it was all wonky. I'm not sure what I was doing wrong.
So I did all the pad banks manually. It took a while, but it's done. If anyone wants a copy of the Scene template email me at [email protected]
Now one thing I am wondering is how I can assign functions in the MPC500 to the knobs on the PK. If anyone figures out how to do this before me let me know.
Another thing I would love to be able to do is to assign the OVERDUB/STEP BACK/STOP /PLAY buttons to the extra 4 pads on the PK that aren't assigned to anything. This way I could save those buttons some wear and tear.
