extracting sample in pro tools

im sampling in pro tools with my turntable, editing it, but dont know how to extract the new edited sample. can someone teach my how to do it step by step like:

1. Highlight the sample.
2. Go to File "Bounce to disk"
3. Settings = 44100, 16bit, convert after bounce
4. Select where .wav file will be saved.
