question about final step of laoding.

so i put jj os onto my cf card through usb and then i am now turning it on and i am going to load the program to install it and it says, this write os to flashmemory, this proces requires system restart, all emmory contents willl be lost. does that mean all my cf memory contents or just the memory on the internal that i havent saved u untill right now. ? if i hit install i wont lose all my beats or programsor sequences on my cf card willl i?
