Proud Father!!

of my new baby I just purchased an Akai MPC 2500... I got it off a really cool dude that give me a deal I couldn't refuse. Loaded with 128ram, and a 60gb drive and a 2gb CF card.

I admit that previously I thought I didn't need an MPC or anything else at all but after working with the MPC 2500 for a minute, the workflow, simplicity and extra quality it adds to my drums and sequences and how it integrates my whole lab a lot better now it's off the chain...

Just wanted to post some positive news on how the MPC 2500 allowed me to leverage my studio equipment better and improve my output a whole lot more.

Yup I'm on the JJOS shortly... The 2500 is an excellent machine for real despite some of the issues people complain about, shit my DVD player has bugs and that doesn't stop me from watching any movie I want on it!! lol

I also got to get the CDR for it and figure out how large a hard drive I can install in it.. I have read a couple people say 80GB but I'll be experimenting with something bigger 120-250, if it don't work I'll just put what works back in.
