M-Audio 410 v/s Tascam FW1804 both firewire, lookin 4 advise

aight i currently rock an mpc 1000 ver 1.0, and a gang of records.. i'm learnin the ish.. and yeah i'ma sample based kat..but i want to get digital and take it to the next level..

i done got a macbook pro lyin round that has both Reason 3.0 and Ableton Live on it...

read up on this dope page, tweakheadz.com and realized to get digitized i would need an audio interface.. to get my macbook pro talkin with my hardware gear and all that.. plus to take recordin to that next level..
