wow, the trim screen looks nice. its a bit cleaner and the start/end point numbers are on their own line, and they are highlited when you edit them instead of ST/End being highlighted (which always annoyed me).

dope.

hahahahaha! good one!!

i don't have a picture of the new screen, but i tested it. and i don't quite understand why he changed it. looks pretty similar without any remarkable approvements...?

edit:
this is bad! pushing up or down to ajust the sample-view now first changes the highlighted field, so you have to push twice to change the sample view.

This looks kinda neat. I haven't been keeping up...have the major bugs been fixed yet?

I noticed that the ping pong loop plays the sample forward the first time then backwards every loop after. I thought it was supposed to alternate back and forth between the two.

I sent this bug report to JJ just now:

"ping pong loop not working properly. Loop plays forward first time only. All subsequent loops are backwards.

Ping Pong symbol is not clear in trim mode. It initially shows that it is on when it it isn't. Turning the jog wheel while cursor is on the symbol switches it on but there is no change in symbol. Only turning ping pong loop off after it has actually been turned on with jog wheel shows a difference in ping pong loop symbol.

Also, having samples in trim being set to loop as default is not right. User should choose to loop sample, otherwise it should be default as loop off in trim mode as most samples for drums are usually one shot hi hats, snares, kicks, etc."

I though up and down arrows didnt work no more to zoom in on the volume axis, but it still works actually... but you have to push them twice before zooming works, coz with the first click you jump into the next line.
Although adding a new line to the view provides more overview and looks cleaner when it comes to looping and selecting regions, there is less space for the waveform to be displayed, which i think is a lil drawback. But then again, jumping from start to end points really improved.
