my mpc is ****!!!! (WITH YOUTUBE CLIP) HEEELP ME

the pads doesnt work as they should. sometimes they dont respond at all, sometimes many pads respond when i hit just one, and some times i just need to hit my table (that i plced the mpc on) hard to make all the pads trig. WTF someone please help me

What have you tried allready? Have you opened up your machine to see if there is any poor soldering connections or loose wires?

Anyway, to me it kind of sounds like maybe a software issue, have you tried to reinstall the OS. I have experienced some wierd stuff with OS 1.14 but with OS 1.20 mine works alittle better. Sometimes when I load programs from my CF card the sounds load up in the wrong order.

Also this is probably basic but make sure your ram chips are set properly, my friend didn't set his right and thought they were set right, his machine was all crazy until they were fixed. The ram needs to sit straight up and down locked in the slot and not at an angle which is how my friend had his.

Don't know if this will help, or maybe you have treid these things,anyway

sounds like you need to order some replacement sensors or pads from VST see the banner on the top right of your screen?!?!

Yeah, I wouldn't just hit it like that, you could crack ( or may have ) a cracked circuit board. Stop hitting it and sent it to vst. www.vstservice.com

or ram, but usually it just makes the samples crackle. If your going to abuse it like that I will adopt it
