Difference Between MPC 1000 And 2000

Wahts up ya'll I have been lookin into buying a mpc 2000 because of the legendary warm and gritty sound. The other day I e was looking at the 1000 and thinknin like maybe I should get this one?. I said legendary because the mpc 2000 was made way before the mpc 1000 was made and it had the warm sound like from the old samplers like the asr-10 and the mpc 60 and the 3000 but what I was wondering was if the 1000 had the same filters and effects as the 2000? Because I like the filters in the 2000 but I was wondering if the 1000 sounds the same? if Not I might as well stick to the 2000 or the 2000xl....
