Copying Bars with JJ?

say I have a 2 bar loop sequence and want to copy it so I get a 16 bar sequence, how do I do that? I used to copy from 1.01.00 to 3.01.00 and past it 7 times on the 2000xl. How does this work with JJ?

I looked in teh manual first but I can't figure out where to look in that damn thing. No table of contents and shit gets confusing.
