Ready beat.

So I have ready beats on my mpc 1k, my question is: how do i change those beats into .waw or .mp3? Can i do it inside of my mpc? When i save my ready beat it's just saves sequenses and programs (i guess that is what it supposed to do). I want ready beat in to my computer =)
