Obviously this procedure should be conducted thoroughly. As aspiring beatsmiths, some of us have not yet reached the level of success where one must seriously consider this crucial step. And taking on such a task can be quite intimidating as one would enter the situation with little or no knowledge of such an undertaking. One thing that I can suggest is to try and obtain a list of clients from the Lawyer. This will give you a general idea of the Lawyer's experience. If possible, contact some of the clients to determine whether or not they were satisfied with the services provided.
Perhaps those who have successfully accomplished this can shed some light on the experience and possibly provide a few tips for up-and-coming beatmakers who are anticipating this requirement in the near future? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
