Hey dont burn me for this question but i dont own a turntable well at least not now . I have a mpc 500 just wanted to know are there any free websites were i can get old songs or records but without the records . Maybe mp3 files or something like that ? Thanks any help would be appreciated .. peace

ok im sorry what i mean is are there any sites that maybe have oldies but in mp3 or wav format . I dont have a turntable and my pc is messed up it wont let me use limewire . Dont ask long story , there was a cat in this crate diggers forum that put up a link to a site i cant remember his name . I went to the site and they had maybe 6 oldies and i just downloaded them . Just wanted to know if there are other sites you advanced gods of music might know or recommend . Thanks i hope that clears up any confusion from my first post . PEace ONe

alright thanks for the info . My PC for some reason when it comes to limewire or any file sharing site my firewall is blocking the connection . Believe me I tried everything humanly possible . I mean everything cant figure out why, the only other option i have is to Re-install my entire OS in which im not doing but like i said thanks and i'll try other options PEACE LATER ONE

go to a thrift store, pick up a turntable / record player for around $5 or so.. then go through the records there (prob about 10cents - $1 each).. and find some sh!t..

theres ur problem sorted, and a long enjoyable life of diggin ahead of u.. plus def more fun then re installin ur os lol

u can always download torrents...

chop it in ur PC and work with it in ur 500...

Alright thanks guys i'll definitely look into those suggestions . As for the dude with the FIRE WALL COMMENT I TRIED THAT AND I EVEN UNINSTALL ED my fire wall and it still doesn't work. Its weird though i can use BITLORD and download torrents no problem but it wont let me use limewire . Anyways no biggie you guys have been great and extremely informative Thanks again .
