Chopping sampling in Kontact or battery

Do any of you guys chop your samples in another program and then dump then into the MPC for the beat making process?

not in one of the programs you name, but in nuendo i chop it op in phatmatik and then batch save to the zip...

I chop stuff in tools then sequence on the mpc, its good for recording instrument parts whilst your mpc is playing a sequnce, then chop it up after eq/compression.. then transfer the parts over.

I chop everything in the mpc. I only use cubase for a feable attempt at mixing. I try to stay away from a computer as much as I can in the creative phase.
