Whats the Best way to Layer, Snares, kicks and hi hats?

Im just wondering what the best way is to layering snares, kicks, and hi hats. and also how to. Thanks.

semantics from nymantics:

you mean "SIMULT" which allows you to link 2 pads, giving you 2 envelopes/filters to control a total of 8 sounds (up to 4 per pad), which essentially means the same thing.

no 1000 OS allows you to have different envelopes/filters per layer (velocity actuated envelope/filter notwithstanding)

cant you have one pad trigger up to 4 pads? so thats 5 x 4 = 20 sounds triggered by one pad

yeah i just said 2 pads cuz i got lazy and that 4 key was so far away...haha

20 sounds though - what a polyphony eater that program would be. can you imagine? you could realistically create a really textured poly synth that way

Can i do this with the free version or just the paid version???
