Looping once again...

I know this has come up alot on the board and I did go through it to find if someone has had same issues.Also i did follow the manual when trying to set up a looping sample.
Problem is i was able to trim it and hold the button down to test the loop and sounds pretty tight. I then went back to the main page, played the sample and it will loop fine if i hold the button down. I tried setting "poly" or "mono" and also oneshot to note on and made no change.
Iknow this came up b4.
Anyone have any quick fixes?

what is your problem again? that the sample wont loop if you don't keep the pad pushed?
That's normal behaviour.

If you want your sample to loop by itself try and programme a sequence that will loop onto itself...

Just a quick but important point: if you work with whole bar loops, you're stuck with the BPM of the loops unless you start manipulating the samples - timestretch, Recycle, etc. If you have access to Recycle, you can start chopping stuff up into beats with ease, or hack the samples into beats by hand... anyway, I recommend you try the free Kit-Of-The-Week programs from Akai, for inspiration...
