JJ OS 4.66 Direct recording feature help

Im trying to record vocal direct over my beat, but its a 4 bar how how can i keep recordin my vocals without it looping. or do i have to make the sequence bars longer bars longer. Thanks

ok let try to make this alittle more clear. I play the beat and I start to rap on it with my mike in direct recording. The beat i was rapin to is only 4 bas which make my rap only capable of being 4 bars. How do i allow my self to keep rapin? do i have to make the beat long with more bars or duplicate it or something. or is there a way to do it without doing that? thanks

go into Song MODE and format your beat to the appropriate length( 8 bar intro, 8 bar chorus, 16 bar verse, 8 bar chorus, 16 bar verse, 8 bar chorus, etc..) and then turn the Loop setting to off (upper right hand corner) and it should work. Make a extra blank Sequence so you have some time after the beat stops cause when it gets to the end of the song the beat will just stop.
