Technical questions for the MPC2000xl and the MPC2000

I've been makin beats for about three months now and I hav an mpc 2000
Iwas wondering how to add swing to my drum kits and I also wanted to know how I can fade sounds from right to left?

Take your Mpc go to a park and put it on the swing set.

open window button where it gives the 1/16, 1/8th, etc.

Add swing from there

open window on the timing screen. i believe every additional 1% preshifts the second hit on the quantize by 1 click. play around with it and you figure it out.

Also, you can pan sounds in the mixer window. you can also record those changes.

just rec with the quantise off. give it that natural swing

fade sounds from from right to left in the mixer

Yes you can add swing after recording at least on a 2000XL...
